We are a family run children's Softplay & Inflatables Rental service based in Staffordshire.
Welcome to our website.
We are a Staffordshire based, family run children's soft play and inflatables company. We provide soft play equipment and/or inflatables ( bouncy castles currently but constantly expanding ) for you and your child/children's party. Whether the occasion is a birthday party, a christening party or even just a general social event, we've got you covered.

5 ft square ball pit with balls. Let your child go wild in here safe in the knowledge that there will be no hard bumps!
Soft play blocks/shapes
Assortment of soft play blocks/shapes + 2 animal rockers Hours of fun can be had here making dens , bridges or whatever your child's imagination lets them create
Kiddies ride on coaster
A fun kiddies ride on rollercoaster with a track length of approximately 4 and a half metres! Scream if you want to go faster!
Bouncy hippo hoppers
Your toddler/child will love these inflatable hippo hoppers to sit and bounce on
Young children's bouncy castle ( number 1 )
Your little one will love bouncing on this kiddies bouncy castle until their little legs can't take it any more! Maximum of 4 under 6's at any one time ( open roof ) 7ft x 8ft ( requires electricity supply for fan pump )
Young children's bouncy castle ( number 2 )
Your little one will love bouncing on this kiddies bouncy castle until their little legs can't take it any more! Maximum of 4 under 6's at any one time ( built in rain cover roof ) 8ft x 11ft ( requires electricity supply for fan pump )

A variety of ride on scuttlebug trikes for your little one to roll along on
Stepping stones
This 11 piece stepping stone set will allow your child to create an obstacle course to and from their desired destination. The floor is lava! These are very strong and can hold up to 100kg!
kiddies slide
Little ones may enjoy climbing up the steps and sliding down into the ball pit? This slide also has a hose pipe attachment point to turn into a water slide in the garden. Please do not use as a waterslide into the ball pit.
Big party speaker
Big powerful 400w speaker which connects to your phone via Bluetooth so you can play your child's favourite songs at their party. Speaker also has radio built in.
How to place an order
To request a specific package and a specific date, you can use our " order now " option below the package you require here on our website. This will send all the relevant information to us so that we can contact you to confirm that the date you have requested is available.
Other ways you can book with us is through our Facebook page, via text/WhatsApp or simply via phonecall.
If the date you have requested is available, we will inform you how to make the 50% non refundable deposit to us to secure the booking.
Please note that until the 50% non refundable deposit has been made, your booking is not confirmed with us.
We accept bank transfer or cash for booking deposit and cash for the remaining 50% payment upon delivery / setup.

Extended rentals
Extended rentals and/or overnight or several day rentals may be available at an extra cost which can be discussed as and when the situation arises ( depending on availability)
Delivery & set-up fee
• Within 10 miles of our address in Cannock - no charge
• Deliveries further than 10 miles from Cannock Town centre will incur a small charge depending on distance. We will confirm whether we deliver to your area and costs incurred ( if any ) before booking.
Disclaimer & Terms and conditions
Upon payment of booking deposit you automatically acknowledge acceptance of our terms and conditions stated below.
• All children MUST be accompanied and supervised by a responsable adult ( aged 18+ ) when using any of our equipment.
• Once we have set our equipment up, the adult who made the booking is responsible for all persons using our equipment and SoftPlay4U will not be held liable for any injuries which may occur during the duration of the rental.
• Footwear must be removed before using any of our inflatable bouncy castles but socks must remain worn. No items which may cause damage to the bouncy castle are permitted to be taken on to the bouncy castle.
• When using the " kiddies bouncy castle " small/young children only are to use it & the maximum amount of children who can use the bouncy castle is 5 at any one time ( under 6's )
• The customer is responsible for making sure that any venue/space being used to host our equipment is big enough for our equipment to fit in safely. We do not accept responsibility if this condition hasn't been followed and the deposit will not be refunded if this is the case.
• Our inflatable bouncy castles are not sealed units, they require an electric blower ( which we provide ) connected to your electricity supply. Please make sure you have a suitable plug socket accessible.
• Any damages to our equipment must be reported to SoftPlay4U and the customer is liable for any repair or replacement costs to any of our equipment.
• A minimum space of 2ft is required around all edges any inflatable bouncy castle and 1ft height clearance to avoid damage to our equipment or damage to the venue. Once our inflatable bouncy castle has been secured by SoftPlay4U, it must not be moved from position ( including electric fan blower ) due to safety reasons.
• If you have booked a bouncy castle with SoftPlay4U which is to be used outside, we reserve the right to cancel your booking on the day due to high winds or bad rain due to safety reasons. If this happens your will receive a full refund of your deposit or we can move your booking to another date ( provided the date requested is available)
• Our bouncy castles will only be delivered and set-up if there is a suitable grass lawn with sufficient room for the bouncy castle to be pegged down securely, or indoors provided there is sufficient room for the bouncy castle and sand bags weights. We unfortunately will not set-up any bouncy castle onto any other surface other than real grass outdoors. This is down to unrealistic legal legislations involving set-up on non grass surfaces outdoors.
• Soft play equipment ( ball pit & balls, soft play blocks and shapes, interlocking floor mats and any bouncy castle without a roof covering ) are not to be used outside during rainfall and should be moved under cover ( except bouncy castles which should not be moved ) or covered over during any rainfall which may occur.
